Terms & Conditions
The agreement governing participation, payments, evaluation, and use of our platform.
Effective 27 August 2026
Terms and Conditions of Participation
These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete and binding agreement governing registration, payment, participation, submission, evaluation, certificates, awards, prizes, use of the platform, and participation in any competition, event, championship, programme, bundle, plan, activity, or other offering conducted or made available by Inspire Talent Hub through its website, registration pages, submission portals, digital platforms, or any affiliated infrastructure. These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect immediately upon the successful completion of registration and, in particular, upon the successful processing of any payment made towards participation. No separate physical signature, written confirmation, acknowledgement, or acceptance is required. The act of proceeding with registration and making payment shall itself constitute full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
The person making the payment or completing the registration, whether that person is the participant themselves, a parent, legal guardian, teacher, school representative, institutional representative, or any other person acting on behalf of the participant, represents and confirms that they have the authority to make such registration and payment. By completing the registration or payment, that person agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the participant and accepts responsibility for ensuring that the participant complies with all applicable rules, instructions, deadlines, eligibility requirements, submission requirements, and other conditions applicable to the relevant competition or programme. Where the participant is a minor, the person completing the registration or payment further represents that they are an authorised parent, legal guardian, teacher, school representative, or other responsible adult authorised to act in relation to the participant, and they accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the participant to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete understanding between Inspire Talent Hub and the participant and/or the person registering or paying on behalf of the participant. Any previous verbal statement, informal communication, message, conversation, social-media communication, advertisement, promotional representation, sample, illustration, or other communication shall not override these Terms and Conditions where there is any inconsistency. Any promotional material, prize pool displayed, illustrative amount, expected award, advertisement, or description of potential benefits shall not create an absolute or unconditional obligation on Inspire Talent Hub unless that particular benefit is expressly stated as guaranteed in these Terms and Conditions.
Inspire Talent Hub reserves the right, where reasonably necessary for administrative, technical, operational, scheduling, security, fairness, logistical, or other legitimate reasons, to modify competition dates, categories, formats, submission procedures, platforms, deadlines, schedules, judging arrangements, or other operational aspects of an event. Participants shall be responsible for following the latest official instructions communicated through the platform or by Inspire Talent Hub.
Participation in any competition does not create any guarantee or entitlement to a particular rank, position, award, prize, medal, trophy, cash reward, scholarship, merchandise, gadget, gift, goodies, sponsored benefit, prize money, prize pool amount, or any other reward whatsoever. All such awards, rewards, benefits, and recognitions, other than the certificates expressly identified in these Terms and Conditions, shall be entirely at the sole discretion of Inspire Talent Hub. Inspire Talent Hub may provide, modify, reduce, substitute, withhold, or decide not to provide any such discretionary reward depending upon the quality of submissions, competition standards, participation levels, administrative considerations, availability of sponsors or resources, or any other factor considered relevant by Inspire Talent Hub.
The existence of a displayed or advertised prize pool, prize amount, potential award, medal, trophy, cash reward, gift, merchandise, sponsor benefit, or other incentive shall not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee that such prize, reward, amount, or benefit will actually be awarded to any participant. No participant or payer shall acquire an automatic or enforceable entitlement to any such discretionary reward merely by registering, participating, submitting an entry, securing a particular score, or paying the registration fee.
Inspire Talent Hub shall also retain the sole discretion to determine whether first, second, third, or any other positions are awarded in a particular competition. Inspire Talent Hub may decide not to award a first position, second position, third position, any other ranking, or even a winner at all if, in its assessment, the submissions received do not meet the required standard, quality, originality, creativity, merit, eligibility, or other criteria considered appropriate for recognition. The absence of an award or ranking shall not constitute a failure to conduct the competition and shall not create any right to a refund.
The only guaranteed recognition for a participant who does not receive a winning position or other achievement recognition shall be an online, verifiable e-participation certificate, subject to the participant having fulfilled the applicable participation and submission requirements. Participants who are determined by Inspire Talent Hub to have achieved a winning position or other officially recognised achievement shall be eligible for a physical certificate of achievement as applicable to their recognised result. These certificates constitute the principal guaranteed deliverables under these Terms and Conditions.
Medals, trophies, cash rewards, prize money, goodies, merchandise, gadgets, scholarships, gifts, sponsored rewards, or any other additional benefits are not guaranteed unless Inspire Talent Hub expressly confirms otherwise in writing for the specific competition. Where any discretionary reward is dependent upon a third-party sponsor, partner, supplier, organiser, or other external entity, Inspire Talent Hub shall not be responsible for the failure, withdrawal, modification, substitution, reduction, delay, or cancellation of such third-party reward. No claim for such discretionary reward shall arise solely because it was previously displayed, discussed, advertised, or anticipated.
Evaluation of submissions may be carried out through human evaluation, automated systems, algorithms, plagiarism detection systems, artificial intelligence-assisted tools, standardised rubrics, or a combination of such methods. Individualised live feedback, detailed personal feedback, or human-to-human feedback is not guaranteed. Inspire Talent Hub may conduct an administrative review where a participant raises a genuine concern regarding an apparent technical, tabulation, or systemic error, provided that such request is submitted within the applicable period communicated by Inspire Talent Hub after publication of results. Such review shall not constitute a right to demand a change in subjective assessment, ranking, artistic merit, academic quality, creativity, or the judgement of evaluators. The outcome of any such administrative review shall be final for the purposes of the competition.
Every participant represents that all material submitted by them is their own original work and that they have complied with all applicable academic-integrity requirements. Plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, submission of another person's work, use of prohibited assistance, or unauthorised use of artificial intelligence or other tools where such use is prohibited by the particular competition rules may result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of results, and withholding or cancellation of certificates or rewards. Such action shall not create any entitlement to a refund.
By submitting work to Inspire Talent Hub, the participant retains ownership of their underlying intellectual property to the extent applicable, but grants Inspire Talent Hub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable licence, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, communicate, and feature the submitted work, participant name, competition result, and related material for educational, promotional, archival, publicity, marketing, social-media, website, and other legitimate organisational purposes across any current or future media, subject to applicable law.
Access to the website, participant dashboard, submission portal, study resources, and other digital infrastructure is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Inspire Talent Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, temporarily disable, or terminate access where required for maintenance, security, technical, administrative, or operational reasons.
Participants and persons registering on their behalf are solely responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection, compatible device, appropriate software, sufficient power, and adequate technical arrangements for completing registration and submitting work before the applicable deadline. Inspire Talent Hub shall not be responsible for missed deadlines, failed uploads, corrupted submissions, connectivity problems, device failures, power interruptions, local internet-service-provider failures, or other technical problems originating from the participant's side.
All registration and participation fees paid to Inspire Talent Hub are strictly non-refundable. No refund shall be provided due to a change of mind, dissatisfaction, failure to participate, failure to submit, missed deadline, personal circumstances, illness, scheduling conflict, technical problem on the participant's side, inability to attend, failure to achieve a desired rank or result, non-receipt of a discretionary prize or reward, disagreement with evaluation, absence of a first, second, or third position, or any other reason whatsoever, except where a refund is mandatorily required under applicable law.
Participants and payers agree not to treat the lack of a discretionary prize, award, medal, trophy, cash reward, ranking, or other non-guaranteed benefit as a failure to provide the purchased participation service.
Any payment dispute should first be communicated directly to Inspire Talent Hub through its designated contact or grievance channel so that the matter may be reviewed and resolved in good faith. Unjustified payment reversals, fraudulent claims, or chargebacks made without first attempting resolution may result in cancellation of participation, withholding or invalidation of pending deliverables, cancellation of certificates or results where legally permissible, and restriction or termination of access to future competitions or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inspire Talent Hub, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, and authorised persons shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or similar losses arising from participation, including loss of opportunity, loss of data, disappointment regarding results, or non-receipt of discretionary awards. Where liability is legally established, the total liability shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by the participant or payer for the specific competition or service giving rise to the claim.
Any dispute, complaint, or grievance arising from these Terms and Conditions or participation should first be brought to Inspire Talent Hub for good-faith resolution. Where applicable, the matter may be subject to an online mediation or grievance process before formal legal proceedings are initiated. Subject to applicable statutory rights, any permitted legal proceedings shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a competent authority or court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Inspire Talent Hub reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or revise these Terms and Conditions for future competitions, events, registrations, and services. The version applicable to a participant shall be the version governing the relevant registration and participation, subject to applicable law.
By proceeding with registration and/or making payment, the payer and, where applicable, the participant confirm that they have had the opportunity to read and understand these Terms and Conditions, accept that payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, confirm that they are authorised to register or make payment on behalf of the participant where they are not the participant themselves, and agree that these Terms and Conditions represent the final terms governing participation in the relevant Inspire Talent Hub competition or programme.
In particular, by making payment, the participant and/or the person making payment on the participant's behalf expressly acknowledge and accept that no prize, prize pool, cash reward, medal, trophy, merchandise, goodies, scholarship, gift, ranking, first position, second position, third position, or other award is guaranteed. All such benefits are entirely at the discretion of Inspire Talent Hub. Inspire Talent Hub may choose to award them, modify them, or not award them at all. Inspire Talent Hub may also choose not to declare a first, second, third, or any other position, or may choose not to declare any winner, if the submitted work does not meet the standard considered acceptable by Inspire Talent Hub. The only guaranteed recognition is an online, verifiable e-participation certificate for participants who do not receive a winning or achievement recognition, and a physical certificate of achievement for participants who are officially recognised as winners or achievers. All registration and participation payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is mandatorily required by applicable law. By making payment, the payer and the participant agree to all of these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that the decisions of Inspire Talent Hub regarding awards, rankings, winners, discretionary rewards, and competition outcomes shall be final, subject always to applicable law.
