How we collect, use, and protect your information — and the choices you have.

Inspire Talent Hub ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how and why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights and choices you have. It applies to this website and the forms and tools available on it. It is written to be consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA) for California residents. For the purposes of the GDPR, Inspire Talent Hub is the data controller of the personal data described here.
Information We Collect
- Information you provide: when you submit an enquiry, registration interest, application, or subscription form, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email, phone number, school, and message.
- Local storage: after a registration payment, limited transaction details may be stored temporarily in your browser to display a confirmation, then cleared.
- Technical data: standard information your browser shares (such as device and browser type) may be processed by the services that host and deliver this site.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to enquiries, applications, and partnership or school requests.
- To send updates you have asked for (for example, competition or resource announcements).
- To operate, maintain, and improve the website and our competitions.
Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to register you for a competition and provide the certificates and communications connected to it); consent (for optional updates you ask to receive, such as the "notify me" and newsletter forms — you may withdraw consent at any time); legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the website, and to respond to your enquiries), balanced against your rights; and compliance with a legal obligation where the law requires it. Where processing is based on consent and the participant is a child, we rely on the consent of a parent, guardian, or other authorised adult.
Third-Party Services & Processors
We use a small number of trusted providers to deliver parts of this site. Each acts as our processor or an independent controller and handles data under its own privacy terms:
- Razorpay — processes registration payments. Card, UPI, and net-banking details are entered on Razorpay's secure systems and are never stored on our servers.
- FormSubmit — delivers website form submissions (enquiries, "notify me", newsletter) to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website and provides security and content delivery.
- Google Fonts — serves the web fonts used for the site's typography.
International Data Transfers
We are based in India, and our providers may process data on servers located in India, the European Economic Area, the United States, or elsewhere. Where personal data of individuals in the EEA or the UK is transferred outside those regions, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards permitted by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism.

Data Retention & Security
We keep the information you submit only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — to respond to your enquiry, to run the competition you registered for, to issue certificates, and to meet any legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligation — after which it is deleted or anonymised. Enquiry and subscription details are kept until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data; however, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Our competitions are aimed at school students, many of whom are minors. Registration and payment are carried out by a parent, legal guardian, teacher, or authorised adult acting on the child's behalf, and by registering that adult provides consent to the processing of the participant's personal data as described here. We collect only the information needed for participation, certification, and communication, and we do not knowingly build advertising or behavioural profiles of children or sell children's data. In line with children's-privacy laws such as the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR provisions on children's data, if you believe a child has provided us personal data without appropriate adult involvement, please contact us and we will delete it. The Study Hub requires no account and stores learning progress only on the child's own device (see below).
Your Rights & Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, update, or delete the personal data you have submitted; object to or ask us to restrict certain processing; ask for a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent or unsubscribe from updates at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out). To exercise any of these, please contact us and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
European Economic Area & United Kingdom (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Where our processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object to it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office), although we would welcome the chance to address your concern first.
United States — California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, the right to request access to and deletion of that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism to operate — this is simply not something we do. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You may exercise your rights by contacting us using the details below.
India — Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Where the DPDP Act applies, we process personal data for the lawful purposes described in this policy on the basis of your consent or as otherwise permitted by the Act. You may access, correct, update, and erase your personal data, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance with us. For a child (a person under 18 in India), we process personal data on the basis of verifiable parental or guardian consent and do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children.

Notices & Communications — Digital Only
All notices, complaints, grievances, requests, disputes, and communications of any kind intended for Inspire Talent Hub must be submitted digitally by email to info@inspiretalenthub.in or through the contact form on this website. This is the only recognised and accepted channel for serving any notice on us. We do not accept, and will not be treated as having received, any notice, complaint, or communication sent by post, courier, hand delivery, or any other physical or offline means, and no such physical communication shall be considered validly served or create any obligation on us to respond or act. By using this website or registering for any competition, you agree that email is the exclusive method for serving notices and raising complaints or grievances with us.
What We Deliberately Do Not Do
The clearest way to describe our approach to privacy is to state what is absent.
- We do not run analytics on this website — no Google Analytics, no equivalent.
- We do not load advertising or social-media tracking pixels of any kind.
- We do not set any cookies of our own.
- We do not load third-party JavaScript, so no outside code profiles you here.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Ever, to anyone.
- We do not build behavioural or advertising profiles of students.

Study Hub Progress Never Reaches Us
The Study Hub is the part of the platform students use most, and it is deliberately built so that we hold none of it.
Using the Study Hub requires no account, no email address and no login. Because there is nothing to sign in to, there is no password of yours for us to store and no profile of yours for us to keep. You can open a chapter, take a practice test and generate an examination paper without ever identifying yourself to us.
Your learning history is written to your own browser’s local storage under four keys — ith_stats, ith_bookmarks, ith_goal and ith_last. These hold your practice scores, streaks, study goal, weak topics and bookmarks. They stay on the device you used and are never transmitted to our servers, because the Study Hub has no server component to transmit them to.
The practical trade-offs are worth being clear about. Clearing your browser data will clear your progress, and your progress will not follow you from a phone to a laptop. On a shared device, the next person using the same browser profile will see the same local progress. We accept those limitations because keeping a child’s learning record on the child’s own device is the more protective design.
The Third Parties We Actually Use
Privacy policies often refer to unnamed “trusted partners”. Here are ours, by name, and exactly what each one receives.
FormSubmit
Handles our contact and notification forms. When you press submit, the details you typed into that form are sent to FormSubmit, which relays them to our inbox as email. Nothing is sent unless you submit a form.
Google Fonts
Serves the typefaces used across the site. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which involves your IP address as with any web request. We send no identifier of you.
Our Host & CDN
Serves the website files. Like any web host, it processes standard connection information such as IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and maintain security.
That Is The List
There are no other embedded services, SDKs, widgets or scripts. If a payment provider is introduced for a paid competition in future, it will be named here before it is used.
How We Treat Children’s Data
Most of the people using this platform are minors. That shapes every decision we make about data.
We apply a strict minimisation principle to children’s information: we collect only what is genuinely required to register a participant, run a competition and issue a verifiable certificate. We do not ask students for information we do not need, we do not require an account to use our free learning tools, and we never profile children for advertising or commercial targeting — a practice we consider inappropriate regardless of what the law permits.
We expect and encourage younger students to take part with the involvement of a parent, guardian or teacher, including at the point of registration. Parents and guardians may ask us what information we hold about their child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act on such a request as we would for any other person exercising their rights.
We are committed to handling the personal data of children in line with applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its provisions concerning children. If you believe a child’s information has been collected in a way that does not meet this standard, please tell us immediately using the contact details below and we will investigate and correct it as a priority.
Your Rights, and How to Use Them
These rights are not theoretical. Here is the practical route to each one.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information you have submitted to us, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent for updates at any time — every announcement email includes an unsubscribe route, and you can simply ask us to remove you. Exercising any of these rights is free, and doing so will never affect a participant’s standing in a competition or the validity of a certificate already earned.
To make a request, email info@inspiretalenthub.in describing what you would like. So that we do not disclose someone’s information to the wrong person, we may ask you to confirm details that match what we hold — for example the email address used to register. A parent or guardian may make a request on behalf of their child. We aim to acknowledge requests within five working days and to resolve them promptly.
We keep enquiry and registration information only as long as we need it to answer you, run the competition you entered, and maintain the integrity of results and certificates. Certificate records are retained on an ongoing basis, because a certificate that cannot be verified years later is worthless — that permanence is the point of a verifiable credential, and it is limited to what appears on the certificate itself.
